The 2015 iHeart Planner is HERE! And a Huge Planner Products Giveaway!

I cracked a bottle of champagne last night because after months of planning, designing, tweaking, proofing, numbering and re-designing some more, the 2015 Daily Planner has been officially released in my Etsy shop!  Did you hear the sigh or relief from there?

You can find every last detail over on my Daily Planner FAQ page here, but some highlights include fresh new colors...

As well as a new half page size option!  Say hello to the Mini iHeart!

Both sizes make my heart happy and offer the same great features as previous planner editions along with a few new added bonuses.

To celebrate the release of the planner, I have asked my favorite companies to put together a little THANK YOU giveaway for my super sweet readers.  And they really came through for you guys!

One of the reasons I love creating and using printables for organizing, is the flexibility they offer to print as needed on demand.  I love having the option to print a new grocery list each week or a new page for my planner should something spill on it or if I have a bad handwriting day.  But what I really crush on is the versatility and ability to mix the printables with different binders and organizers until I find something that completely suites my daily needs.

In the photo above, I paired my printables with my current favorite planner accessories.  Writing accessories from Poppin, a Jr. Discbound Notebook from Staples and stickers, tabs and page flags from Girl of all Work.  And of course, the pages were printed at home with an HP printer.

Poppin has been my first stop for office supplies since I met them a few years back.  I have purchased their pens, highlighters, rulers, spiral notebooks {big and small} and many more accessories to make my desk a happy place to work.  They offer items in a rainbow of colors and they are always coming out with new products that make my organizing heart leap for joy.  In fact, their monogrammed journals have been at the top of my "go to" gift giving list for the past year and have won my pals over time and time again.  I especially enjoy their ballpoint pens with my planner pages, as I was finding it too challenging to keep up my color coding craziness {although they can help you with that if you wish!}.

To celebrate the release of the 2015 iHeart Organizing Planner Printables, they are giving away a $100 Gift Certificate to Poppin.com!

Girl of all Work is no stranger around here.  I discovered them last year when I was assembling my planner and have never looked back.  I especially adore the calendar stickers which allow me to mark down special dates and occasions in the cutest of ways.  And those monthly re-usable sticky tabs are the perfect solution for dividing up the monthly sections of my daily planner pages.

To celebrate the release of the 2015 iHeart Organizing Planner Printables, they are giving away a $30 Gift Certificate to girlofallwork.com

I have mentioned it before and I will say it again, I am an HP girl for life.  I have always printed my pages with HP printers and have always been 100% satisfied with the quality.  For this planner release, HP provided me with a new printer to try out with my pages and it offered some mega features.  Aside from brilliant print quality time and time again, their new printers are wireless and smart.  They offer the ability to scan to any phone or computer on our home network, and of course we can print wirelessly from all of our devices as well.  One of my favorite features is the option to print borderless, but the absolutely BEST part is that they now have a new ink service.  Guys, this is revolutionary!

With Instant-Ink, I can now subscribe to HP's ink service which monitors my printing usage and automatically sends me ink when it is running low.  No more running out mid-page or hopping in the car and driving twenty minutes to my nearest office supply store for replacement cartridges.  For a low monthly fee based on my current printing needs, HP will automatically send me ink right to my door.  This service now saves me almost 50% in ink costs!  Because I am in love with all things colorful and printed, this is HUGE for me.  I have already signed up, printed enough to run low and have had new cartridges pop up in my mailbox.  To say I am a fan is an understatement.

To celebrate the release of the 2015 iHeart Organizing Planner Printables, they are giving away an HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer!

OK guys, now that you know what I love and why, nothing makes me more excited than giving back to YOU!  Along with my great giveaway sponsors, I am also personally tossing in a $50 gift certificate to Staples as well as my planner printables of course!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

From the bottom of my overflowing heart, thank you all for your continued support!  Each time I receive an order, a sweet email with a positive testimonial, or you tag me on Instagram showing me how you are using your printables, I am filled with encouragement and smiles.  Cheers to the final months of 2014 and here's hoping 2015 is even more fabulous!

IHeart Organizing official giveaway entry rules can always be found here.

Please direct all planner and printing questions to shopiheartorganizing@gmail.com.

HP provided me with an HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One printer to print my new planner pages and to provide an open and honest review.  They are also providing an HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer to one iHeart Organizing reader.   All printables and opinions are 100% my own.

  19. I set up the discbound system last year and got your 2014 organizer (first time). I have loved it. The system holds everything I need for organizing my life, my house and my church job. I do find, however, that I only need the monthly pages- not the daily. Do you ever think of just offering the monthly planner? Either way- I'm a fan and will be getting the 2015 organizer. 1. I don't have the exact model I am giving away, but I have printed photos with each HP printer I have owned and I have been happy with the results (of course type of paper/photo paper being printed on can impact quality as well). I have also read quite a few reviews on HP Envy 5530 on both HP's site and Amazon's site and it sounds like most give the photo quality on this printer a thumbs up as well, especially with the new instant-ink pricing options.

    1. Last year I used the full size and I loved it because I always write so much down. But now that I have both sizes printed and sitting in front of me, I just haven't been able to pick one yet. I may use the larger one for work things and keep it on my desk and use the smaller one for life stuff so I can pop it in my purse. Decisions, decisions! :)

  26. Are you Junior size pages set up to print front/back in a way that actually allows us to flip pages and have them in the right spots? I ask because I purchased a printable from a big company last year, and they just kept the pages in the same order they would have with full size sheets and it basically made it unusable. :(

    1. Hi Erica!

The small pages and the large pages are formatted in the same order and do print front and back as pictured {I printed all planners shown in this post with my home printers using the same PDF file I am selling}. I found it easiest to have my stack of paper cut in half first, and then fed it through the printer just as I would have if I were printing full size pages. There are also times when you will have to invert your printed stack before placing it back into the printer for duplexing, but that really depends on your printer capabilities. 100 different printers, 100 different ways... I really wish there was one simple answer.

    2. Thank you! So the PDFs are for each of the little sheets, not little sheets on a regular sized PDF. That should make things infinitely easier, as well as the potential to have the store chop a ream. Thanks for all you do!

    1. Hi Brittany!

I purchased the smaller Arc earlier this year, and am also having trouble finding the teal version in the junior size.

I found it in black: http://www.staples.com/Martha-Stewart-Home-Office-with-Avery-Discbound-Notebook-Black-Textured-6-1/product_946014

And in a few more colors with their ARC system: http://www.staples.com/arc+6+3+4+x+8+3+4/directory_arc+6-3%252F4%22+x+8-3%252F4%22

Or full size in the teal: http://www.staples.com/Martha-Stewart-Home-Office-with-Avery-Discbound-Notebooks-Blue-Textured-9-1/product_946035

  34. A silly question but can I buy the paper sized to fit the mini? I searched online for the paper you recommend but can't find it in the 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" size.
    Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hi Audra!

The 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" paper is standard letter sized 8 1/2" x 11" paper cut in half. I just purchased a ream of standard sized paper and had my local Staples cut it completely in half for a few dollars. However, if you have a paper slicer, you can also just do it at home. I have yet to track down the 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" paper sold online or in stores.

      Hope that helps!

      Delete
    2. Huge help! I didn't know paper cutting was a service they offered. Thanks!

I ordered the mini and I'm excited! Curious about the binder though. Seems most of the Russell + Hazel binders are .5 - .1.5" spine but say they hold 75 pages and the mini is 196 pages. What width spine will I need? Thanks.

      Delete
    5. Hi Audra!

I could easily fit all of the pages for a full year. I am not sure that the rest of 2014 plus all of 2015 would fit well, but a full calendar year was able to fit nicely.

      xo!

  36. So excited to use your planner again for 2015. It really has been a life saver for me. I use to use a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" when I worked a "traditional" office job. But now being a WAHM, I found the 8 1/2 x 11 to be easier to work with. Now that you have a cheerful 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 version I may have to rethink it. Either way I love it and will be getting one of them very soon. Hopefully I will just win it and that will be that!
